Spring In House Registration Information

The Spring St. Charles Baseball playing season runs April through June.

The Fall St. Charles Baseball playing season runs mid-August through mid-October.

How do I signup?

Registrants may sign up on our website.  You will need to create a SportsEngine account or log into your existing one.

Who can play?

To be eligible to play in a Saint Charles Youth Baseball league, registrants must reside within the geographic boundaries of the City of St. Charles, Illinois or be eligible to attend St. Charles School District CUSD #303.

When can I signup?

Registration for Spring 2026 begins on January 5, 2026.

Registration for Spring 2026 ends on February 25, 2026 for Minor, Major and Pony leagues (March 23rd for Rookie, Bantam and Mustang leagues).

Evaluation and Draft for the Minor, Major and Pony Leagues will be held on March 8, 2026.  Details to follow.

Can a player play up?

Players who choose to pursue playing up (one year only) will be evaluated by a committee prior to season start.  STC Baseball encourages playing at grade level, with exceptions being made per committee recommendation. River Bandit players are not required nor guaranteed to play up.

  • There are no play ups for players in Kindergarten, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th grade as players playing up a year would leave them in the same league, or in the case of 7th and 8th grade, there is no league above it.

Play Ups will be held on February 22, 2026 at the Strikers Fox Valley Facility, 1000 S. Kirk Road, Geneva, IL.

Times will be posted closer to the date.  Play Up registration link.

You need to register for your current league and then attend play-ups on 2/22.  If approved, your registration will be adjusted and you will receive a billing for the additional registration charge.

How much does it cost?

Registration fees vary by league.  Registration fees are voted on by the board and will be posted shorly.
