STC Baseball Training

In-House Player Clinics

St. Charles Baseball is focused on player development, and will offer our members indoor, affordable and comprehensive baseball fundamentals training.  The clinics are exclusive to all in-house  league (non-travel) players, which includes our River Bandits players but not Knights players.  

In general,

• Training at each clinic will be led by our STC Baseball Travel coaches
• Clinics will include fundamental hitting, pitching, fielding, and throwing training, as well as basic core strength and injury prevention exercises
• Total cost/clinic is $25.
• Station training with low player-to-coach ratio
  • Players are broken up into small groups at each coach-led station
• Training drills are designed by league to focus specifically on fundamentals needed at each league/age group
• Clinics occur prior to Spring season. 

Clinic Options – Players can choose one clinic for which they are eligible.

Clinic #1  - 1/6/24 @ 6:45 – 8:00 pm–  Sportsplex Facility

Clinic is for Minor (3rd & 4th Graders) and Major (5th & 6th) Graders and will cover all skills.  Limit 40 players

Cost - $25.00

Clinic #2 – 3/10/24 @ 4:45 – 6:00 pm – Sportsplex Facility

Clinic is for Mustang (2nd graders) and will cover all skills. Limit 40 players

Cost - $25.00

Clinic #3 – 3/16/23 @ 5:15 -6:30 pm – Sportsplex Facility

Clinic is for Rookie (Preschool) and Bantam (K & 1st Graders) and will cover all skills. Limit 40 players
